In accordance with the British “Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992” and in order to protect prepaid holiday deposits against the unlikely event of insolvency or other misadventure of the company, its directors have established an independent Client Trust into which all prepaid holiday rentals are safeguarded until the completion of the rental period.
The company is in compliance with the UK Package Travel requirements and subscribes to best practice in respect to internal and administrative controls.
